Deposits & Booking Policy

  • All deposits are nonrefundable.

  • Deposits will be held for up to 90 days from the original booking date.

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Failure to provide proper notice may result in loss of deposit.

  • Pricing varies depending on the artist, tattoo size, placement, detail, and session length.

  • Consultations may be required before booking larger or custom pieces.

Tattoo Pricing Policy

  • Tattoo pricing is determined by the individual artist.

  • Final pricing may vary based on design complexity, placement, color, detail, and time required.

  • Large scale projects may require multiple sessions and additional deposits.

Online Sales Policy

  • All online sales are final.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued for merchandise purchased online unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Customers must contact the shop within 7 days for damaged merchandise claims.

Minor Policies

Tattoo Services for Minors (Age 16-17)

  • Minors ages 16 to 17 must complete:

    • A Tattoo Consent Form

    • A Notarized Consent Form authorized by a certified notary

  • The minor’s parent or legal guardian must provide valid identification.

  • The parent or legal guardian is required to remain present for the entire tattoo session.

  • A minor consent document is available on our website.

Piercing Services for Minors (Under 18)

  • Anyone under the age of 18 must complete:

    • A Piercing Consent Form

    • A Notarized Consent Form authorized by a certified notary

  • The minor must provide a valid photo ID with name and date of birth.

  • The minor’s parent or legal guardian must provide valid identification.

  • The parent or legal guardian is required to remain present during the entire piercing appointment.

Parent or Legal Guardian Must Provide

  • Government issued photo ID

  • Accepted forms of identification include:

    • State issued ID

    • Driver’s License

    • Passport

    • Military ID

Minor Must Provide

  • Birth certificate

  • Valid photo ID when applicable

In House Notary

  • In house notary services are available at our Beach Blvd location.

  • Notary services are available Monday through Saturday from 12 PM to 8 PM.

  • Notary services are available for both tattoo and piercing consent forms.

  • A $10 notary fee applies.

Additional Minor Policies

  • No tattoo services are available for anyone under 16 years old.

  • Certain tattoos or piercings may not be offered to minors regardless of parental consent.

  • Artists and piercers reserve the right to refuse service at their discretion.

Shop Policies & Health Standards

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • No tattooing or piercing will be performed under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • Proper aftercare instructions must be followed to ensure proper healing.

  • Touch ups are at artist discretion.

  • Excessive sun exposure, swimming, or improper care may affect healing results.

  • Unsanitary or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Children and additional guests may be limited during appointments.

  • Government issued photo ID is required for all tattoo and piercing services.

  • We are not responsible for complications resulting from improper aftercare.

  • Healed results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare practices.
